ResourceBank has been announced as the sponsor of the HR Director of the year award at the Personnel Today Awards 2018.
Now in its 20th year, the Personnel Today awards are the most established and most prestigious awards event for the HR community. They recognise HR and L&D teams, individuals and suppliers that have made an impact with their people policies and have delivered tangible benefits to their organisation.

More than 1,000 members of the HR community will attend the awards ceremony on 21st November 2018 at the Grosvenor House hotel in London. Entries closed on the 22nd June and there have been hundreds of entries in 20 separate categories. Each category is independently judged by well-respected industry figures and shortlists will be announced by the end of July.

In 2017, the Metropolitan Police won the coveted overall award for a diversity and inclusion initiative that made a real impact on its own recruitment and its local community. The HR Director of the Year award was won by Vicky Williams of the Lawn Tennis Association.
