Talent and HR solutions provider ResourceBank has launched a new interactive benefits calculator for its long-standing client Northgate plc. The interactive calculator is hosted on the Northgate careers website and demonstrates to candidates the real value of the extensive benefits received by Northgate employees.
The calculator was developed by ResourceBank, with close support from Northgate’s HR team, and has received very positive feedback from candidates and managers within Northgate. Melody Hermon, client development director for ResourceBank said “Our resourcing team were finding it difficult to communicate the full value of the excellent benefits provided by Northgate to every employee. Now that we have launched the calculator, a candidate can see that, for example, the full remuneration package of a Customer Service Agent on a base salary of £18,000 is actually worth £25,717 when you take into account the Northgate bonus, pension, share scheme, discounts and full holiday entitlement.”
The calculator is interactive so that a candidate can select the job role they are considering and the base salary that they would be earning. From there the calculator will show the value of each individual benefit before demonstrating a “full spec” package value, and uses imagery and terminology which supports the Northgate Vehicle Hire employer brand.
